GeniusCo has developed the reality series Born Global to provide our customers a unique view of the efforts that GeniuSco's International Development Team excerts in order to insure that GeniusCo provides the highest level of international talent to our customers.



GeniusCo was founded on the principle that the realization of innovative and industry leading technology is less the result of creativity than it is the result of constantly progressive and successful projects led by knowledgeable and seasoned professionals.

Founded by a group of senior level IT Professionals with over 70 years of combined IT experience consulting for companies such as Deloitte, Booz Allen Hamilton, Bellsouth, The Coca Cola Company, Cox Enterprises and  Dow Chemicals, GeniusCo has introduced key features into its service delivery model to greatly increase the re-occurrence of successful projects in Application Management and Development Services.

According to the Chaos Report, an annual report tracking major IT project success rates from 1985 to 2011:


  • Over 70% of all IT projects are either over budget, delivered after their scheduled delivery date or cancelled completely.


According to the a report commissioned by the International Institute of Business Analysis:


  • Companies with exceptional business analysis and project management capabilities can increase IT project success to 100%
