GeniusCo is giving specially young and highly motivated individuals, between the ages of 17 and 26 years old, the chance to jump start their professional career through GCCU's Junior Engineer Apprentice Program. The 24 month program is separated into three stages, 1) Learning the skill, 2) Application of skill and 3) Mentoring others to develop the skill.

According to an International Data Corporation (IDC) study, IT employment will rise by 5.8 million jobs in 4 years; and 51% of total IT employment will be software related; creating 75K new businesses.

Job Placement

In order to prepare our Junior Engineers for a life of profitable growth and success as engineers GCCU has developed several relationships with staff augmentation and placement firms that have agreed to employee our graduates. In every case GCCU will make every effort to insure each graduate is properly paced at a rate that is equal to that of a skilled junior developer.

Direct placement with GeniusCo is not possible for graduates because GeniusCo only employs experienced engineers with a minimum of five* years as a programmer.
