The GeniusCo Master Consultants has leveraged hundreds of years of combined industry, technical, diplomatic and leadership knowledge to develop a standard for what it means to be an effective Consultant. By utilizing established international standards, the input of GeniusCo’s experienced Advisory Boards and collaboration with GeniusCo’s International pool of resources, GeniusCo has developed a thorough method to identify and develop the effective Application Consultants that have the in-depth skills to ensure proper business alignment and transformation through the proper use of technology.

Portfolio Manager - Dedicated On-Site Master Consultant

GeniusCo utilizes Master Consultants exclusively in its proprietary SMARTS service delivery process to interact with stakeholders and customers and to liaison with international fulfillment and service delivery teams. 

Application Management is an impossible service without a deep understanding of the day to day operations of our customer’s organization. All GeniusCo services are led by an on-site Portfolio Manager that is certified as a Project Management Professional and Certified Business Analysis Professional with a minimum of 10 years as an application engineer. 

Through a proprietary methodology called SMARTS, GeniusCo embeds personnel with demonstrated domain experience in the client organization to help drive IT strategy and ensure business alignment.
