The SMARTS Ranking System is a method of determining both organizational hierchy and the role that each team member plays in delivering solutions for our clients. The SMARTS Ranking System is a standard of excellence and service that has been developed to insure that every member in GeniusCo is qualified to deliver a consistently high level of service, product development and maintanance.

The SMARTSRank System has four primary role levels, and four clubs. Roles determine operational designation and clubs are use to increase collaboration amongst complimenting roles. 

Implementation roles:

GeniusCo prides itself on assembling some of the world's best software engineers and developing some of the world's best analyst and project managers. The implementation roles are the fulfillment roles of SMARTS.  

Consulting roles:

At GeniusCo, there is only one type of rank in the consulting role. The Master Consultant is a highly trained professional that has maintained a consistent level of successful engagements. This role provides on-site consulting services to our customers and translates the on-going needs of the client back to the ranks of the Implementation Roles. 

Quality Control roles:

This role is the glue that holds all of GeniusCo's services, offerings and operations together. The Quality Control Roles provide training and re-inforce the organizational structure and process used to deliver services to our customers.

Leadership roles:

The most senior of the roles is made up of organizational leaders within GeniusCo who are responsible for leading an coordinating large portions of the GeniusCo organization and the company's initiatives.
