
GC-AMS customers utilize our custom developed SMARTSTrack Service Management Portal to interface with GC internal operational systems. SMARTSTrack is a 100% integrated and real-time application that allows GC-AMS customers to have 24hr access to detailed information about the services that they have requested and recieved from GC. SMARTSTrack is an integral part of our international processes and is fully integrated into the GC billing and invoicing system. This allows GC to provide an unpresidented amount of detail on invoices. Alongside our detailed requirements gathering processes, GC is able to track every expense back to its requestor, even in complex projects. |
